ClipScript provides AI-powered transcription for videos and audio. By using ClipScript, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not use ClipScript to transcribe content you do not have the right to process.
You retain ownership of any content you transcribe. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to do so. We do not claim ownership of your transcripts.
Free accounts are limited to 5 transcriptions per month. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We aim to keep ClipScript running reliably but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or transcription errors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClipScript after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
